Destination Stars Hollow was founded in 2024 by Kathleen London—owner of London Beauty—and Laura Boote, a local content creator. The two met during a small Gilmore themed event hosted by Kathleen and instantly bonded over their shared love for the iconic show.

What began as a passionate conversation turned into something magical: the first-ever event to fully transform an entire town into the beloved, fictional Stars Hollow. In its very first year, Destination Stars Hollow went viral—welcoming over 40,000 enthusiastic fans from near and far.

This free immersive weekend experience sprinkles a little fairy dust on reality, letting visitors imagine life as a true Stars Hollow resident. Participating businesses join in the fun with exclusive merchandise, delicious themed treats, adorable photo ops, and so much more.

Each year brings new, exciting town-wide events—like an Easter egg hunt, a knit-a-thon, and a classic dance marathon—adding fresh charm and nostalgia to every visit.
