Destination Stars Hollow is an immersive, fan-inspired community event designed to activate and celebrate downtown Brighton, Michigan. Inspired by the charm, connection, and walkable small-town energy of Stars Hollow, the event transforms downtown into a lively, welcoming destination filled with creativity, interaction, and shared experiences.
We are seeking vendors, creatives, makers, performers, and local businesses who want to meaningfully contribute to the atmosphere and activation of downtown Brighton. Participation is not limited to traditional pop-up market stalls — we welcome applications from those offering interactive experiences, themed installations, demonstrations, food and drink, art, music, workshops, and fan-inspired activations that encourage people to explore, linger, and connect throughout the downtown area.
Ideal participants understand that this event is about placemaking and community engagement, not just sales. We are especially interested in concepts that enhance the Stars Hollow–inspired aesthetic, encourage foot traffic between locations, and create memorable moments for attendees while supporting downtown businesses.
The event attracts a diverse audience of TV fandom fans, families, tourists, and Southeast Michigan residents, all drawn to a cozy, walkable, small-town experience. Participants must comply with Michigan and City of Brighton regulations, including applicable permits, insurance, and food safety requirements.
Our goal is to turn downtown Brighton into a living version of Stars Hollow — vibrant, welcoming, and full of personality.
